Conversion of electricity procurement to renewable energies

The topic of sustainability is currently being discussed more than ever in society. The avoidance of waste, products made from renewable raw materials and alternative drive types are just a few examples in this complex of topics.

At Kayser, too, we are aware of our responsibility and strive to make our contribution to the topic of sustainability. To ensure this, a strategy workshop was held back in 2021 to work out our goals for the next few years.

Now, six months later, we can look back on our first successes: At the turn of the year, electricity procurement for all our German sites was switched to 100% hydroelectric power. We are thus significantly reducing emissions in the manufacture of our products and making an active contribution to the fight against climate change. This also brings the KAYSER Group a significant step closer to its goal of producing its products sustainably.
